The present invention relates to a hinge for a car door having an automatic closing and buffering function, which includes a hinge with which a car door is combined, thereby adjusting speed so that a door is not opened rapidly when the door is opened and making the door closed automatically in the state where the door is opened. The hinge for a car door having an automatic closing and buffering function includes: a rotating part having a fixed plate formed at one side and fixed to a main body of a car and a cylindrical body formed at the other side to store oil in the cylindrical body; a hinge part having combining bodies formed in the shape corresponding to front and rear sides of the cylindrical body of the rotating part, a hinge body formed at the front side or the rear side to be inserted and joined into the cylindrical body, and a combining plate formed at the other side to be fixed to a door side of the car; a speed adjusting part formed at the opposite side of the hinge body of the hinge part, rotated inside the cylindrical body by rotation of the hinge part to be transferred to the middle of the cylindrical body in order to press the oil stored in the cylindrical body; a rotation restoring part formed between the speed adjusting part and the hinge body to add rotation restoring power to the hinge part; and a pressure adjusting part joined to the outside of the speed adjusting part to be exposed to the outside of the rotating part, rotating from the outside to be moved toward the cylindrical body in order to adjust oil pressure inside the cylindrical body.
본 발명은 차량의 도어가 결합되는 힌지로 이루어져 도어를 열때 도어가 빠르게 열리지 않도록 속도를 조절할 수 있고, 도어가 열린상태에서 자동으로 도어가 닫히도록 하는 자동 닫힘 및 완충기능을 갖는 자동차 도어용 힌지에 관한 것으로서, 차량의 본체에 고정되는 고정판이 일측에 형성되며, 타측에 통형상으로 형성되는 관통체가 형성되고, 관통체 내부에 오일이 저장되는 회동부; 상기 회동부의 관통체의 전후 양측에 대응되는 형상으로 결합체가 형성되어 결합되며, 전측 또는 후측에 관통체에 관통되어 결합되는 힌지체가 형성되며, 차량의 도어측에 고정되도록 타측에 결합판이 형성되는 힌지부; 상기 힌지부의 힌지체의 반대측에 형성되어 힌지부의 회동을 통해 관통체 내부에서 회전되어 관통체 중앙측으로 이송되어 관통체 내부에 저장된 오일을 가압하는 속도조절부; 상기 속도조절부와 힌지체 간에 형성되어 힌지부에 회동 복원력을 부가하는 회동복원부 및 상기 속도조절부의 외측으로 결합되어 회동부의 외측으로 노출되며, 외부에서 회전시켜 관통체측으로 이동시켜 관통체 내부의 오일 압력을 조절시키는 압력조절부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a hinge for a car door having an automatic closing and buffering function, which includes a hinge with which a car door is combined, thereby adjusting speed so that a door is not opened rapidly when the door is opened and making the door closed automatically in the state where the door is opened. The hinge for a car door having an automatic closing and buffering function includes: a rotating part having a fixed plate formed at one side and fixed to a main body of a car and a cylindrical body formed at the other side to store oil in the cylindrical body; a hinge part having combining bodies formed in the shape corresponding to front and rear sides of the cylindrical body of the rotating part, a hinge body formed at the front side or the rear side to be inserted and joined into the cylindrical body, and a combining plate formed at the other side to be fixed to a door side of the car; a speed adjusting part formed at the opposite side of the hinge body of the hinge part, rotated inside the cylindrical body by rotation of the hinge part to be transferred to the middle of the cylindrical body in order to press the oil stored in the cylindrical body; a rotation restoring part formed between the speed adjusting part and the hinge body to add rotation restoring power to the hinge part; and a pressure adjusting part joined to the outside of the speed adjusting part to be exposed to the outside of the rotating part, rotating from the outside to be moved toward the cylindrical body in order to adjust oil pressure inside the cylindrical body.
본 발명은 차량의 도어가 결합되는 힌지로 이루어져 도어를 열때 도어가 빠르게 열리지 않도록 속도를 조절할 수 있고, 도어가 열린상태에서 자동으로 도어가 닫히도록 하는 자동 닫힘 및 완충기능을 갖는 자동차 도어용 힌지에 관한 것으로서, 차량의 본체에 고정되는 고정판이 일측에 형성되며, 타측에 통형상으로 형성되는 관통체가 형성되고, 관통체 내부에 오일이 저장되는 회동부; 상기 회동부의 관통체의 전후 양측에 대응되는 형상으로 결합체가 형성되어 결합되며, 전측 또는 후측에 관통체에 관통되어 결합되는 힌지체가 형성되며, 차량의 도어측에 고정되도록 타측에 결합판이 형성되는 힌지부; 상기 힌지부의 힌지체의 반대측에 형성되어 힌지부의 회동을 통해 관통체 내부에서 회전되어 관통체 중앙측으로 이송되어 관통체 내부에 저장된 오일을 가압하는 속도조절부; 상기 속도조절부와 힌지체 간에 형성되어 힌지부에 회동 복원력을 부가하는 회동복원부 및 상기 속도조절부의 외측으로 결합되어 회동부의 외측으로 노출되며, 외부에서 회전시켜 관통체측으로 이동시켜 관통체 내부의 오일 압력을 조절시키는 압력조절부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
