- Composite Deck with Lattice Reinforcement and Steel Plate and Manufacturing Method thereof
The present invention relates to a lattice reinforcement rebar assembly-corrugated plate composite deck having a camber matching structure by a camber adjustment coupling member, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, even if an upward camber of the corrugated plate is different from an upward camber of the lattice reinforcement rebar assembly, the upward camber of the corrugated plate is automatically adjusted to be fit to the upward camber of the lattice reinforcement rebar assembly when the lattice reinforcement rebar assembly and the corrugated plate are integrally coupled to each other, and thus the lower surface of a slab is able to stably maintain an original designed shape and linear shape without being downwardly convex or being an uneven shape when the slab is constructed by depositing concrete on the upper surface of the corrugated plate after the composite deck is installed in a site. According to the present invention, the composite deck comprises a camber adjustment intermediate connection member including a horizontal member, a vertical member, and a coupling part.
본 발명은 래티스 보강철근 조립체와 파형 플레이트를 일체로 결합하여 합성데크를 구축할 때, 파형 플레이트가 가지고 있는 상향 캠버와 래티스 보강철근 조립체가 가지고 있는 상향 캠버가 서로 상이하더라도, 래티스 보강철근 조립체와 파형 플레이트를 일체로 결합하는 과정에서, 캠버 조정 중간연결재를 이용하여 파형 플레이트의 상향 캠버가 래티스 보강철근 조립체의 상향 캠버에 맞추어지도록 자동적으로 조정되도록 함으로써, 합성데크가 현장에 설치된 후 파형 플레이트의 상면에 콘크리트가 타설되어 슬래브가 시공되었을 때, 슬래브의 하면이 아래쪽으로 볼록하게 되거나 울퉁불퉁한 형태로 되지 않고, 애초에 설계하였던 형상과 선형을 안정적으로 유지할 수 있게 되는 합성데크와, 이를 제작하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
