The present invention relates to a composite deck of a lattice reinforcing bar assembly and a corrugated plate having a lateral buckling prevention clip member and a manufacturing method thereof which integrally couple a lattice reinforcing bar assembly and a corrugated plate to construct a composite deck, fasten and install a lateral buckling prevention clip member fastened to an upper chord member arranged on the lattice reinforcing bar assembly to limit a lateral movement of the upper chord member on the upper chord member to efficiently suppress lateral buckling on the entire lattice reinforcing bar assembly and the upper chord member when a deflection load is applied, fix and install a bottom coupling spacer member for supporting a lower chord member on the corrugated plate in advance, and simply fasten the bottom coupling spacer member to the lower chord member at a site to couple the lattice reinforcing bar assembly and the corrugated plate while matching upward cambers provided on the lattice reinforcing bar assembly and the corrugated plate to construct a slab in a designed line shape when constructing the slab at the site by using the composite deck.
본 발명은 래티스 보강철근 조립체와 파형 플레이트를 일체로 결합하여 합성데크를 구축하되, 래티스 보강철근 조립체에 구비된 상현재와 체결되어 상현재가 횡방향으로 움직이는 것을 제한하는 횡좌굴 방지 클립부재를 상현재에 체결 설치함으로써, 휨하중 작용시에 상현재 및 래티스 보강철근 조립체 전체에 횡방향으로 좌굴이 발생하는 것을 효율적으로 억제할 수 있으며, 더 나아가 하현재를 지지하는 바닥결합 스페이서부재를 파형 플레이트에 미리 고정설치하고, 하현재와는 현장에서 간단하게 체결되도록 함으로써 래티스 보강철근 조립체 및 파형 플레이트가 각각에 부여된 상향 캠버(camber)를 서로 일치시키는 상태로 결합될 수 있도록 함으로써 현장에서 합성데크를 이용하여 슬래브를 시공하였을 때, 슬래브가 설계된 선형으로 시공될 수 있게 하는 "횡좌굴 방지 클립부재를 구비한 래티스 보강철근 조립체-파형 플레이트의 합성데크 및 그 제작방법"에 관한 것이다.
