Paint heating device of a road surface indication
The present invention relates to an apparatus for heating paint for marking on a road surface, which is capable of using heat generated by gas supply, melting paint fixated on the road surface, performing painting with the paint or removing the painting, and attaching a lane tape. According to the present invention, the apparatus for heating paint for marking on a road surface comprises: a main frame which freely moves by driving a wheel; a heating unit placed on the main frame to radiate heat towards the road surface; and a rising/falling instrument which controls the height of the heating unit. The heating unit is made to be heated by introducing gas and air from a gas tank mounted on a fixed plate into a casing through a duct and igniting. The rising/falling instrument includes: a screw shaft which normally or reversely rotates when a handle is operated; and a link mounted on the screw shaft to extend or contract upwards and downwards. Accordingly, when the paint for road surface is heated, no flame is generated, so a heat loss or fire due to wind is prevented. In addition, the present invention is capable of reducing fuel costs by complete combustion, using the apparatus as an equipment for melting paint for a construction to paint over without removing an aged lane, and using the apparatus for various purposes such as to dry the road surface and to use the apparatus as a heater for a road surface in winter, etc.
본 발명은, 가스 공급에 의해 발생되는 열기를 이용하여 도로 표면에 고착된 페인트를 녹인 후 도색하거나 제거는 물론 차선 테이프를 접착시키는데 활용할 수 있는 노면 표시 페인트 가열장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 바퀴 구동에 의해 이동이 자유로운 본체 프레임과, 이 본체 프레임 상에 배설되어 도로 노면으로 향해 열을 발산시키기 위한 히팅유닛과, 이 히팅유닛의 높낮이를 조절하기 위한 승,하강기구를 구비하며, 상기 히팅유닛은 고정판 상에 탑재된 가스 저장통으로부터 관로를 통해 케이싱 내로 가스 및 공기를 유입하여 점화시키는 것에 의해 가열되도록 구성되고, 상기 승,하강기구는 핸들의 조작시에 정,역 회전하는 나사축 및 이 나사축에 장착되어 상,하방향으로 신축되는 링크로 이루어져 있다. 이에 따라, 노면 페인트의 가열시 화염이 발생하지 않아 바람으로 인한 열손실이나 화재를 예방하고 완전 연소로 연료비를 절감할 수 있으며, 노후된 차선을 제거하지 않고 덧칠하는 등의 공사시에 페인트 용해장비로 활용하거나 도로 표면의 습도 건조 및 겨울철 도로 표면 가열기 등의 다방면으로 사용 가능한 것이다.
