Module assembly type prefabricated house
The present invention relates to a building of a modular assembly structure, capable of providing convenience of assembly work or installation of composition by a simple assembly structure and maintaining a strong connection state at same time. According to the present invention, the building of the modular assembly structure is manufactured as multiple frame modules (20) having a predetermined cross-section and a predetermined height are installed to be adjacent to each other. The frame module (20) includes: a base frame (21) having an L-shaped slit (30) formed at a corner and a through hole (33) formed on a side of the slit (30); a column frame (22) comprising a corner pipe (25) of a square cross-section; an upper frame (23) having the other slit (30) and the other through hole (33) at the corner to correspond to the base frame (21); a connection unit (27) comprising a connection pipe (28) in the shape of a square short pipe and a corner protrusion piece (29) inserted into the slit (30); and a coupling block (31) of a predetermined thickness, having a coupling hole (32) corresponding to the through hole (33).
본 발명은 간단한 조립구조에 의해 구성의 설치나 조립작업 상의 편리함을 제공함과 동시에 견고한 결합상태를 유지할 수 있는 모듈식 조립구조의 건축물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 일정 단면적과 높이를 갖는 복수개의 프레임모듈(20)을 상호 밀접하게 배치하여 제작된 건축물에 있어서; 상기 프레임모듈(20)은 사각단면으로 된 바닥파이프(24)를 상호 연결하여 사각틀 형태로 제작되되, 코너측에 형성된 기역자 형태의 슬릿(30)과 상기 슬릿(30)의 일측 면상에 관통공(33)이 형성된 베이스프레임(21)과; 상기 베이스프레임(21)의 코너측에 직립 설치되는 사각단면의 코너파이프(25)로 구성된 칼럼프레임(22)과; 상기 칼럼프레임(22)의 상단에 사각단면으로 된 상부파이프(26)를 상호 연결하여 사각틀 형태로 제작되되, 코너측에 상기 바닥프레임(21)에 대응되게 다른 슬릿(30)과 관통공(33)이 형성된 어퍼프레임(23)과; 상기 코너파이프(25)의 상단과 하단측에 개재되어 상기 칼럼프레임(22)을 상기 베이스프레임(21)과 어퍼프레임(23) 상에 결합하도록 구비되되, 상기 코너파이프(25)의 단부측에 끼움결합되는 사각단관 형태의 연결파이프(28)와, 상기 연결파이프(28)의 일단으로부터 기역자 형태로 돌출되어 상기 슬릿(30)에 끼워지는 코너돌출편(29)으로 구성된 연결수단(27)과; 상기 연결파이프(28) 측에 내장된 상태로 결합되어 상기 관통공(33)에 대응되어 체결공(32)이 형성된 일정 두께의 체결블록(31)을 포함하는 모듈식 조립구조의 건축물이 제공된다.

본 발명은 간단한 조립구조에 의해 구성의 설치나 조립작업 상의 편리함을 제공함과 동시에 견고한 결합상태를 유지할 수 있는 모듈식 조립구조의 건축물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 일정 단면적과 높이를 갖는 복수개의 프레임모듈(20)을 상호 밀접하게 배치하여 제작된 건축물에 있어서; 상기 프레임모듈(20)은 사각단면으로 된 바닥파이프(24)를 상호 연결하여 사각틀 형태로 제작되되, 코너측에 형성된 기역자 형태의 슬릿(30)과 상기 슬릿(30)의 일측 면상에 관통공(33)이 형성된 베이스프레임(21)과; 상기 베이스프레임(21)의 코너측에 직립 설치되는 사각단면의 코너파이프(25)로 구성된 칼럼프레임(22)과; 상기 칼럼프레임(22)의 상단에 사각단면으로 된 상부파이프(26)를 상호 연결하여 사각틀 형태로 제작되되, 코너측에 상기 바닥프레임(21)에 대응되게 다른 슬릿(30)과 관통공(33)이 형성된 어퍼프레임(23)과; 상기 코너파이프(25)의 상단과 하단측에 개재되어 상기 칼럼프레임(22)을 상기 베이스프레임(21)과 어퍼프레임(23) 상에 결합하도록 구비되되, 상기 코너파이프(25)의 단부측에 끼움결합되는 사각단관 형태의 연결파이프(28)와, 상기 연결파이프(28)의 일단으로부터 기역자 형태로 돌출되어 상기 슬릿(30)에 끼워지는 코너돌출편(29)으로 구성된 연결수단(27)과; 상기 연결파이프(28) 측에 내장된 상태로 결합되어 상기 관통공(33)에 대응되어 체결공(32)이 형성된 일정 두께의 체결블록(31)을 포함하는 모듈식 조립구조의 건축물이 제공된다.
