The present invention can provide a method for manufacturing an inorganic heat insulating board using magnesium sulfate inorganic binder, which comprises: (a) a step of stirring to manufacture a mixture by adding magnesium sulfate to water and heating; (b) a mixing step for manufacturing an inorganic binder by adding a silicate solution to the mixture manufactured; (c) a primary molding step in which magnesium oxide is added to the inorganic binder and kneaded; (d) a secondary molding step for enhancing heat insulating performance by mixing pearlite with the inorganic heat insulating material manufactured by the primary molding; and (e) a drying step in which the inorganic heat insulating material manufactured by the secondary molding is put into a mold, pressurized and dried at room temperature. Further, the inorganic heat insulating board manufactured by the manufacturing method can be provided. It is possible to improve durability and realize thermal properties compared with conventional inorganic binders.
본 발명은 황산마그네슘 무기바인더를 이용한 무기단열보드의 제조방법은 (a) 물에 황산마그네슘을 첨가하고 가열하여 혼합물을 제조하는 교반단계; (b) 상기 제조된 혼합물에 실리케이트 용액을 첨가하여 무기바인더를 제조하는 혼합단계; (c) 상기 제조된 무기바인더에 산화마그네슘을 넣고 반죽하는 1차 성형단계; (d) 상기 1차 성형으로 제조된 무기단열재료에 펄라이트를 혼합하여 단열성능을 높여주는 2차 성형단계; 및 (e) 상기 2차 성형으로 제조된 무기단열재료를 틀에 넣고, 가압 후 상온에서 건조하는 건조단계를 포함하는 황산마그네슘 무기바인더를 이용한 무기단열보드의 제조방법을 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 상기 제조방법에 의해 제조된 무기단열보드를 제공할 수 있다.
