Process to produce pottery decorated with weaving patterns and the pottery made by the process
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a ceramic decorated with a weaving pattern such as straw or bamboo ribs, which is to solve a problem of an existing openwork method requiring a long time and handicrafts, and to a ceramic using the same. According to the present invention, a weaving pattern clay stick such as straw or bamboo ribs is extruded in a large amount using a combing machine to perform end-to-end bonding using a patchwork method while using various weaving methods such as a bamboo craft. Also, a weaving pattern decoration work is completed in a state of maintaining expectancy effect moisture to express a weaving method of a traditional bamboo graft on a ceramic, thereby completing a ceramic with various weaving pattern decoration in a short time.
기술분야/해결과제 짚이나 댓살 등의 엮기 무늬로 장식한 도자기 제조방법과 이를 이용한 도자기에 관한 것으로서, 오랜 시간과 기예가 필요한 기존의 투각방식의 문제점을 해결하고 있다. 해결수단 제면기를 이용하여 짚이나 댓살 등의 엮기 무늬 흙가래를 다량 압출한 후 죽공예 등의 다양한 엮기 방식을 그대로 사용하면서 조각보 방식을 이용하여 이어붙이기를 한다. 기대효과 수분을 유지한 상태에서 엮기 무늬 장식 작업을 완성하고 전통 죽공예품 등에서의 엮기 기법을 도자기에 그대로 표현함으로써 다양한 엮기 무늬 장식 도자기를 단시간에 완성할 수 있다.
