METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A POTTERY DECORATED WITH WEAVING PATTERNS AND THE POTTERY MANUFACTURED BY THE METHOD
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a pottery decorated with weaving patterns and the pottery manufactured by the method. The present invention solves the problem of the traditional openwork method/carving method that requires a long time and art. The present invention has a technical characteristic in that the method of manufacturing a pottery decorated with weaving patterns of straw or bamboo crafts includes the steps of: extruding clay straw or clay bamboo ribs from a noodle machine; keeping moisture in the extruded clay straw or clay bamboo ribs; manufacturing a plaster mold with the shape of target pottery; making sketch papers for clay patchworks with weaving patterns; making clay patchworks with weaving patterns made of clay straw or clay bamboo ribs, and making the bottom of pottery; pasting clay patchworks with weaving patterns on the plaster mold; biscuit firing of pottery detached from the plaster mold; and glazing and second firing of the biscuit fired pottery.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une poterie décorée de motifs de tissage et la poterie fabriquée par le procédé. La présente invention résout le problème du procédé de sculpture/structure ouverte traditionnelle qui nécessite une durée et une technique importantes. La présente invention présente une caractéristique technique selon laquelle le procédé de fabrication d'une poterie décorée à l'aide de motifs de tissage artisanal en paille ou en bambou comprend les étapes consistant : à extruder de la paille d'argile ou des nervures de bambou d'argile à partir d'une sphaghetière ; à maintenir l'humidité dans la paille d'argile extrudée ou les nervures de bambou d'argile ; à fabriquer un moule en plâtre présentant la forme d'une poterie cible ; à fabriquer des esquisses en papier destinés à des modèles d'argile comprenant des motifs de tissage ; à fabriquer des modèles d'argile à l'aide de motifs de tissage faits de paille d'argile ou de nervures de bambou d'argile, et à fabriquer le fond de la poterie ; à coller des motifs d'argile comprenant des motifs de tissage sur le moule en plâtre ; à réaliser une chauffe du biscuit de la poterie détachée du moule en plâtre ; et à réaliser l'émaillage et la seconde chauffe du biscuit de la poterie à biscuit cuit.
