The present invention relates to a rotary quick coupler, capable of preventing in advance a breakage or a failure of a rotary driving unit for rotational driving of a lower rotary coupling unit, caused by a vibration or an impact generated during an operation while the lower rotary coupling unit connected to an attachment is rotatable irrespective of a rotation angle with respect to an upper fixed coupling unit connected to an arm end of an excavator. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the rotary quick coupler comprises: an upper fixed coupling unit detachably connected to the arm end of the excavator; a lower rotary coupling unit connected to a lower portion of the upper fixed coupling unit to be rotatable 360 degrees and having a fixed hook, a movable hook, and a hydraulic cylinder for a rotating operation of the movable hook so that the attachment is detachably connected; and, a rotary driving unit interposed between the upper fixed coupling unit and the lower rotary coupling unit to rotate the lower rotary coupling unit with respect to the upper fixed coupling unit 360 degrees, wherein the rotary driving unit includes: a driving motor installed in the upper fixed coupling unit in a downward direction; a driving wheel connected to the driving motor to be rotatably driven; an electric wheel installed on the driving wheel to be spaced apart and coupled to an upper end of the lower rotary coupling unit; and, an electric loop for electrically connecting the driving wheel and the electric wheel spacing apart from each other.
본 개시내용은 굴삭기의 암 선단에 연결되는 상부고정커플링부에 대해 어태치먼트에 연결되는 하부회전커플링부가 회전각도에 관계없이 회전 가능하되 작업 중에 발생되는 진동 또는 충격으로 인해 하부회전커플링부의 회전구동을 위한 회전구동부의 파손 또는 고장이 미연에 방지될 수 있도록 한 회전식 퀵커플러에 관한 것이다. 본 개시내용의 일 실시예에 따른 회전식 퀵커플러는, 굴삭기의 암 선단에 착탈가능하게 연결되는 상부고정커플링부와, 상기 상부고정커플링부의 하부에 360도 회전가능하게 연결되고 어태치먼트가 착탈가능하게 연결되도록 고정후크, 이동후크 및 상기 이동후크의 회동조작을 위한 유압실린더가 구비되는 하부회전커플링부와, 상기 상부고정커플링부와 하부회전커플링부 사이에 개재되어 상기 상부고정커플링부에 대해 상기 하부회전커플링부를 360도 회전구동시키는 회전구동부를 포함하되, 상기 회전구동부는, 상기 상부고정커플링부에 하부방향으로 설치되는 구동모터와, 상기 구동모터에 연결되어 회전구동되는 구동휠과, 상기 구동휠에 이격되어 설치되고 상기 하부회전커플링부의 상단에 체결되는 전동휠과, 서로 이격된 상기 구동휠과 상기 전동휠을 전동연결하는 전동루프를 포함한다.
The present invention relates to a rotary quick coupler, capable of preventing in advance a breakage or a failure of a rotary driving unit for rotational driving of a lower rotary coupling unit, caused by a vibration or an impact generated during an operation while the lower rotary coupling unit connected to an attachment is rotatable irrespective of a rotation angle with respect to an upper fixed coupling unit connected to an arm end of an excavator.
