The present invention relates to a concrete early strength agent, blending water, a concrete composition, and a method of preparing the concrete composition. The present invention relates to a technique of rapidly ensuring, at a low temperature, a compression strength expression rate of concrete by the early strength agent included in a mixture of concrete. More specifically, the concrete composition is synthesized with the concrete early strength agent comprising 25-55 wt% of an alkaline compound; 15-30 wt% of sulfur trioxide; 1-5 wt% of carbon; 6-34 wt% of potassium hydroxide; 10-40 wt% of silicon dioxide; 10-40 wt% of nitrogen; and 1-4 wt% of oxygen; 160-180 kg/m^3 of the blending water in which the early strength agent is contained; 340-400 kg/m^3 of general Portland cement (200); 830-910 kg/m^3 of fine aggregate (310); and 900-990 kg/m^3 of coarse aggregate (320). The concrete composition has a fast strength expression rate at a low temperature.
본 발명은 콘크리트 조기강도제, 배합수, 콘크리트 조성물 및 콘크리트 조성물 제조방법에 대한 발명으로서, 콘크리트 배합에 포함되는 조기강도제에 의해 콘크리트 압축강도 발현 속도를 저온에서 빠르게 확보하는 기술이다. 구체적으로 알칼리화합물 25~55wt%, 삼산화황 15~30wt%, 탄소 1~5wt%, 수산화칼륨 6~34wt%, 이산화규소 10~40wt%, 질소 10~40wt% 및 산소 1~4wt%로 이루어진 콘크리트 조기강도제 및 상기 조기강도제가 수용된 배합수 160~180 kg/m, 보통 포틀랜드 시멘트(200) 340~400 kg/m, 잔골재(310) 830~910 kg/m, 굵은골재(320) 900~990 kg/m로 합성된 콘크리트 조성물은 저온에서 빠른 강도발현 속도를 가진다.
