Lintel structure of brick wall and construction method thereof
The present invention relates to a lintel structure for an outer brick wall and a construction method for the same. The lintel structure for an outer brick wall enables a support unit to be easily installed and removed and obtains structural stability. To achieve the purpose of the present invention, the lintel structure for an outer brick wall finishes the exterior of a building by being separated from a bearing wall of the building. The lintel structure for an outer brick wall comprises: multiple brackets installed at predetermined intervals on the bearing wall; a brick support hanger inserted into the bracket and having a support plate protruding from both sides; a brick support unit coupled to the support plate by a coupling member; multiple bricks having multiple hollows; mortar integrally composing the bricks; and a reinforcing material improving a connection force of the bricks by being integrally formed with the brick by the mortar. When the mortar is hardened, the brick support unit is removed.
본 발명은 외부벽돌벽의 인방구조체 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 내부 지지벽의 평활도 문제에 물리적으로나 경제적으로 대응하기 어려운 앵글 방식 대신 이에 가변적으로 대응 가능한 가변형 브래킷 방식을 적용하고 외부벽돌벽의 인방에 조적되는 벽돌들의 사이에 보강재를 설치하되, 상,하에 위치하는 벽돌들의 사이에 보강재를 설치하고 모르타르를 통해 수평줄눈을 형성하여 보강재를 끼울 수 있도록 홈이 형성된 벽돌과 보강재가 일체화되도록 하여 하나의 보 형태의 구조물이 형성되도록 함으로써 구조적인 안정성을 확보하고 상기 모르타르가 양생되기 전에 벽돌들을 받쳐주기 위한 받침대를 내력벽에 설치되어 있는 브래킷에 걸려지도록 설치한 후 모르타르가 양생된 이후 제거함으로써 받침대의 설치 및 제거가 용이하게 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 외부벽돌벽의 인방구조체 및 그 시공방법을 제공함에 있다. 상기 목적 달성을 위한 본 발명은, 건축물의 내력벽에서 이격되어 건축물의 외면을 마감해주는 외부벽돌벽의 인방구조체에 있어서, 상기 내력벽에 소정의 간격으로 설치되는 다수의 브래킷; 상기 브래킷에 끼워지도록 설치되고 양측면으로 받침판이 돌출되도록 형성되어 있는 벽돌받침대 지지걸이; 상기 벽돌받침대 지지걸이들 중 이웃하는 벽돌받침대 지지걸이의 받침판에 양단이 받쳐지도록 거치되고 체결부재를 통해 받침판에 체결되는 벽돌받침대; 상기 벽돌받침대에 받쳐진 상태에서 조적되고 다수의 중공이 형성되어 있는 다수의 벽돌; 상기 조적되는 벽돌들의 중공으로 채워지면서 이웃하는 벽돌들의 사이에 도포되어 벽돌들을 일체로 합성해주는 모르타르; 상기 조적되는 벽돌들의 사이에 개재되어 내력벽의 폭방향으로 설치되며 모르타르를 통해 벽돌과 일체로 형성됨으로써 벽돌들의 결합력을 향상시켜주는 보강재;를 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 모르타르가 경화되면 상기 벽돌받침대는 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외부벽돌벽의 인방구조체 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것을 기술적 요지로 한다.
