Upper lintel structure of brick wall and construction method thereof
The present invention relates to a lintel structure for a brick wall and a construction method thereof. According to the purpose of the present invention, as a hanger for fixing an end part is combined with both ends of a brick support rod installed to hang a lintel brick and installed to be supported by a brick wall built on both sides of an opening part, a lintel can be substantially constructed. In addition, as a horizontal reinforcement material interposed in the upper part of the lintel brick can be fixed through a fixing pin, hardness for bearing an external shock such as an earthquake can be increased. To achieve the purpose, according to the present invention, the lintel structure includes: a plurality of brackets fixed to a bearing wall of a building to be located in the upper part of an opening part formed on the bearing wall; a brick support rod supported by the brackets to be extended in a width direction of the opening part; a plurality of lintel bricks hung on the brick support rod to finish the upper side of the opening part; a hanger for fixing an end part, which is inserted into an end of the brick support rod and installed to be inserted to a bed joint of a brick wall built on a lateral side of the opening part to enable both ends of the brick support rod to be supported by the brick wall; a horizontal reinforcement member interposed between the lintel brick and a masonry brick placed on the lintel brick; and a fixing pin inserted into the horizontal reinforcement member and installed to be inserted between adjacent lintel bricks to fix the horizontal reinforcement member.
본 발명은 벽돌벽의 상인방구조체 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 인방벽돌을 걸어주기 위해 설치되는 벽돌지지봉의 양단에 단부고정용 걸림대를 결합하여 개구부 양측에 조적되는 벽돌벽에 지지되도록 설치함으로써 상인방의 견고한 시공이 가능하도록 하고 인방벽돌의 상부에 개재되는 수평보강재를 고정핀을 통해 고정하여 지진과 같은 외부충격에 견딜 수 있는 강성이 증가되도록 하는 벽돌벽의 상인방구조체 및 그 시공방법을 제공함에 있다. 상기 목적 달성을 위한 본 발명은, 건축물의 내력벽에 형성되는 개구부의 상측에 위치하도록 내력벽에 고정 설치되는 다수의 브래킷; 상기 브래킷에 지지되어 개구부의 폭방향으로 연장되도록 설치되는 벽돌지지봉; 상기 벽돌지지봉에 걸려지도록 설치되어 개구부의 상부를 마감해주는 다수의 인방벽돌; 상기 벽돌지지봉의 끝단에 끼워지도록 설치되고 개부구 측면에 조적되는 벽돌벽의 수평줄눈에 끼워지도록 설치되어 벽돌지지봉의 양단이 벽돌벽에 지지되도록 하는 단부고정용 걸림대; 상기 인방벽돌과 인방벽돌 상부에 조적되는 조적벽돌 사이에 개재되도록 설치되는 수평보강재; 상기 수평보강재에 끼워지고 이웃하는 인방벽돌들 사이에 삽입되도록 설치되어 수평보강재를 고정해주는 고정핀;을 포함하여 구성된 상인방구조체 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로 기술적 요지로 한다.
