- APPARATUS FOR RE-TENSIONING OF STRAND WIRE
The present invention relates to an apparatus for re-tensioning a steel strand, arranged to extend a shape for holding integral type wedge units with maximum size on an inner major face of a casing and at the same time holding splitter wedge unit-rings and provided with a plurality of the splitter wedge unit-rings having protrusion type rings inserted and caught into ring grooves of an outer major face of a steel strand holder while surrounding the outer major face, or with a plurality of the integral type wedge units gripping the steel strand holder while surrounding the outer major face according to kind and each size of the steel strand holder to be capable of obtaining an effect of being provided with multiple sets of the steel strand re-tensioning apparatuses, thereby being capable of being usefully applied to a steel strand re-tensioning field for performing a steel strand re-tensioning work regardless of the kind and size of the steel strand holder just by one steel strand re-tensioning apparatus.
본 발명은 강연선의 재-인장 장치에 관한 것으로, 케이싱의 내측주면을 최대사이즈의 일체형 웨지유닛을 수용함과 동시에 분할웨지유닛-링을 수용하는 형상으로 확장시켜 마련하고, 강연선홀더의 외측주면을 감싸면서 그 외측주면의 링 홈에 끼워져 걸리는 돌출타입 링이 형성된 복수의 분할웨지유닛-링이나 강연선홀더의 외측주면을 감싸면서 파지하는 복수의 일체형 웨지유닛을 강연선홀더의 종류 및 사이즈별로 맞추어 구비함으로써 여러 세트의 강연선 재-인장장치를 구비한 효과를 얻을 수 있으며, 이로 인하여 하나의 강연선 재-인장장치로 강연선홀더의 종류 및 사이즈에 관계없이 강연선의 재-인장 작업을 수행하기 위한 강연선의 재-인장분야에 유용하게 이용할 수 있다.
