- -ANCHOR HEAD UNIT FOR RE-TENSIONING OF STRAND WIRE AND RE-TENSIONING METHOD OF STRAND WIRE USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to an anchor head unit for re-tensioning a steel strand and a re-tensioning method of a steel strand using the same. A ground anchor includes a steel strand holder and a wedge unit fastened to an end portion of a steel strand of an inlet of a grouting hole to be maintained in a state in which tension is given to the steel strand. The steel strand holder includes: a small steel strand holder which is provided as a disk member of a diameter inserted into the inlet of the grouting hole, allows the steel strand to penetrate the disk member, and has several wedge unit holes drilled to place the wedge unit to grip the steel strand, and a fastening structure for fastening to a re-tensioning device on the outer circumferential surface thereof; and a support member installed on the grouting hole to support the steel strand holder while preventing a downward descent from a prescribed position of an inlet portion of the grouting hole. The steel strand in the grouting hole can be aligned and the small steel strand holder can be reinstalled. A tension bar or the like can be connected to the small steel strand holder to be effectively used in an area for re-tensioning a steel strand by a tension cylinder which is one of tensioning means.
본 발명은 강연선 재-인장용 앵커헤드유닛 및 이를 이용한 강연선의 재-인장방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 강연선에 인장력을 부여한 상태로 유지되도록 그라우팅 홀 입구의 강연선의 끝단부분에 체결된 웨지유닛 및 강연선홀더를 포함하는 그라운드 앵커에 있어서, 상기 강연선홀더는 그라우팅 홀의 입구에 삽입되는 직경의 원판부재로 마련되며 이 원판부재에 강연선이 관통됨과 아울러 강연선을 파지하도록 웨지유닛을 안착시키기 위한 수개의 웨지유닛 홀이 천공되고 외측주면에 재-인장장치와의 체결을 위한 체결구조가 마련된 소형 강연선홀더와, 이 강연선홀더를 그라우팅 홀의 입구부분 소정위치에서 그 하방으로 내려감을 방지하면서 지지하도록 그라우팅 홀에 설치되는 지지부재를 포함하여 구성함으로써 그라우팅 홀 내의 강연선을 정렬하고 소형 강연선홀더를 재설치할 수 있으며 상기 소형 강연선홀더에 인장 바 등을 연결하여 인장수단의 하나인 인장실린더로 강연선을 재-인장하는 분야에 유용하게 이용할 수 있다.
