CFT PREFABRICATED STEEL PIPE WITH TUBE FOR THE CFT COLUMNS AND THE MAMUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a structure of a tube column to construct a CFT column filled with concrete, and a manufacturing method thereof. The tube column includes: a rectangular steel pipe forming an outer skin of a CFT column; and a tube which has the same length as the entire column, and is arranged on at least two corners facing each other among four corners in the rectangular steel pipe. A concrete eruption hole is formed on the lowermost end in the entire length of the tube. The manufacturing method of the tube column comprises: a step of manufacturing two unit assemblies; a step of installing a vertical stiffener to form a tube on an inner corner of each unit assembly; and a step of assembling the unit assemblies with the vertical stiffeners to form a rectangular steel pipe.
본 발명은 내부에 콘크리트가 충진되는 CFT기둥을 구축하기 위한 튜브컬럼의 구조 및 그 제작방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 튜브컬럼은 CFT기둥의 외피를 형성하는 사각강관과, 상기 사각강관 내부의 네 모서리중 적어도 서로 대향하는 두 모서리에는 기둥의 전체와 동일한 길이를 가지는 튜브가 구비되고, 상기 튜브의 전 길이중 적어도 최하단에는 콘크리트 분출공이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하고, 상기 튜브컬럼의 제작방법은 2개의 단위조립체를 제작하는 단계; 각 단위조립체의 내부 모서리에 튜브가 형성되도록 수직스티프너를 설치하는 단계; 수직스티프너가 설치된 각 단위조립체를 조립하여 사각강관을 형성시키는 단계로 이루어진다.
