Roof frame structure of unit modular house and mamufacturing method thereof
An objective of the present invention is to provide a roof structure support frame of a modular house and a manufacturing method thereof. The roof structure support frame of a modular house comprises: an upper support having an attaching plate on both ends thereof and a plurality of cut grooves arranged on an upper portion thereof and separated at regular intervals; a lower support having an attaching plate on both ends thereof and a plurality of cut grooves arranged on a lower portion thereof and separated at regular intervals; and a connection bar to separate the upper support and the lower support by a prescribed interval to couple the upper support and the lower support. The height of the connection bar becomes gradually lower from one side direction towards the other side direction of the upper support and the lower support. A support frame to support the entirety of the roof structure can be sturdily manufactured while maximally reducing the weight of the support frame. Welding work with a high level of work difficulty can be minimized. Manufacture and installation are easy. A roof panel or a ceiling finishing panel can be easily and quickly attached to square lumber by easily attaching the square lumber to the support frame so as to enhance work convenience.
본 발명은 양단에 부착판을 구비하고 상부에 일정간격 이격된 다수개의 절개홈을 구비하는 상부지지대와, 역시 양단에 부착판을 구비하고 하부에 일정간격 이격된 다수개의 절개홈을 구비하는 하부지지대와, 상기 상부지지대와 하부지지대를 일정간격 이격시켜 결합하기 위한 연결대로 이루어지되, 상기 연결대는 상부지지대와 하부지지대의 일측방향으로 부터 타측방향으로 갈 수록 높이가 점차 낮아지도록 구성되는 모듈러주택의 지붕구조물 지지프레임 및 그의 제조방법을 제공하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명의 효과로는 지붕구조물의 전체를 지지하기 위한 지지프레임의 중량을 최대한 가벼우면서도 견고하게 제작할 수 있고, 또 작업난이도가 높은 용접작업을 최소화할 수 있도록 하며 제작 및 설치가 용이하고, 본 발명 지지프레임에 각목을 쉽게 부착함으로써 지붕판넬이나 천정마감판넬을 각목에 손쉽고 빠르게 부착할 수 있어 작업의 편리성을 고양할 수 있는 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.
