MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SANDWICH PANEL HAVING FOAM FOAM AS CORE
The present invention relates to a sandwich panel manufacturing method. More particularly, a length of a foamed foam placed on an upper surface of a lower mold in a sandwich panel manufacturing process is equal to a length of the lower mold. Therefore, a repulsive elastic force of the foamed foam can be minimized, and an end of the completed sandwich panel can be prevented from popping up.
본 발명은 샌드위치 패널 제조 방법에 관한 발명으로, 보다 상세하게는 샌드위치 패널 제조 과정에서 하금형의 상면에 올려지는 발포 폼의 길이가 하금형의 길이와 동일한 길이를 지니는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이로 인해, 발포 폼의 반발 탄성력을 최소화하여 완성된 샌드위치 패널의 끝단이 터지는 현상을 방지할 수 있다.
