CHEMICAL RESISTANCE FLOORING HAVING EXCELLENT SURFACE PROPERTY REINFORCEMENT AND SOUNDPROOFING
The present invention relates to a chemical resistant flooring material having excellent surface strengthening and soundproofing properties. According to the present invention, the chemical resistant flooring material having excellent surface strengthening and soundproofing properties comprises: a hard PVC layer (10); a pattern layer (20) which is placed below the hard PVC layer (10); a soft PVC layer (30) which is placed below the pattern layer (20) and has a filler added thereto; and a balance layer (40) which is placed below the soft PVC layer (30) having a filter added thereto. The hard PVC layer (10) is formed by a thickness of 0.1 to 1.0 mm, and comprises 5-20 wt% of a plasticizer in the entire hard PVC layer. According to such configuration, the present invention has a high surface hardness, is excellent in terms of chemical resistance, and has cenospheres filled therein to have an excellent soundproofing property.
본 발명은 표면 강화 특성 및 방음성이 우수한 내화학성 바닥재에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 표면 강화 특성 및 방음성이 우수한 내화학성 바닥재는 경질 PVC층(10), 상기 경질 PVC층(10) 하부에 위치하는 패턴 무늬층(20), 상기 패턴 무늬층(20) 하부에 위치하고 충진제가 첨가된 연질 PVC층(30) 및 상기 충진제가 첨가된 연질 PVC층(30) 하부에 위치하는 밸런스층(40)을 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 경질 PVC층(10)은 0.1 내지 1.0mm의 두께로 형성되고, 상기 경질 PVC층 전체에서 가소제는 5 내지 20중량%로 포함된다. 상기한 구성에 의해 본 발명은 표면 경도가 높고 내화학성이 우수하며 세노스피어가 충진되어 있어 방음성 또한 우수하다.

본 발명은 표면 강화 특성 및 방음성이 우수한 내화학성 바닥재에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 표면 강화 특성 및 방음성이 우수한 내화학성 바닥재는 경질 PVC층(10), 상기 경질 PVC층(10) 하부에 위치하는 패턴 무늬층(20), 상기 패턴 무늬층(20) 하부에 위치하고 충진제가 첨가된 연질 PVC층(30) 및 상기 충진제가 첨가된 연질 PVC층(30) 하부에 위치하는 밸런스층(40)을 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 경질 PVC층(10)은 0.1 내지 1.0mm의 두께로 형성되고, 상기 경질 PVC층 전체에서 가소제는 5 내지 20중량%로 포함된다. 상기한 구성에 의해 본 발명은 표면 경도가 높고 내화학성이 우수하며 세노스피어가 충진되어 있어 방음성 또한 우수하다.
