Polyvinyl chloride tile flooring
The present invention relates to a polyvinyl chloride tile flooring material. More specifically, the flooring material sequentially comprises the following layers from the bottom surface: an easy layer; a base layer; a printing layer; and a film layer. The thickest base layer is soft, which is same in the conventional polyvinyl chloride tile flooring material. The easy layer and the film layer are manufactured to be hard, thereby improving uneven transfer and flatness while satisfying physical properties required as the conventional tile flooring material.
본 발명은 폴리염화비닐 타일 바닥재로, 보다 구체적으로는 바닥면으로부터 순차적으로 이지층; 베이스층; 인쇄층; 및 필름층;을 포함하는 타일 바닥재에 있어서, 두께가 가장 두꺼운 베이스층은 연질로서 종래의 폴리염화비닐 타일 바닥재와 동일하게 하되, 상기 이지층 및 필름층을 경질로 제조하여 기존 타일 바닥재로서 요구되는 물성은 만족하면서 바닥의 요철 전사 및 눌림성을 개선한 폴리염화비닐 타일 바닥재에 관한 것이다.
