Polyvinyl chloride tile flooring
The present invention relates to polyvinyl chloride tile flooring and, more specifically, to tile flooring including, sequentially from the bottom surface, an easy layer; base layer; print layer; film layer; and coating layer. The polyvinyl chloride tile flooring increases the life of the product by improving the scratch resistance and crush resistance while satisfying the physical properties required as conventional tile flooring, wherein the coating layer includes microcapsules having a self-healing function to improve wear resistance; the thickest base layer is soft and equivalent to conventional polyvinyl chloride tile flooring; and the easy layer and the film layer are hard.
본 발명은 폴리염화비닐 타일 바닥재로, 보다 구체적으로는 바닥면으로부터 순차적으로 이지층; 베이스층; 인쇄층; 필름층; 및 코팅층을 포함하는 타일 바닥재로 상기 코팅층이 자기치유 기능을 가진 마이크로캡슐을 포함하여 내마모성을 개선시키고, 두께가 가장 두꺼운 베이스층은 연질로서 종래의 폴리염화비닐 타일 바닥재와 동일하게 하되, 상기 이지층 및 필름층을 경질로 제조하여 기존 타일 바닥재로서 요구되는 물성은 만족하면서 내스크래치성 및 눌림성을 개선함으로써 제품의 수명을 증가시킨 폴리염화비닐 타일 바닥재에 관한 것이다.
