The present invention provides a space utilization type staircase device, which connects a driving unit and a lower stair installed such that stairs installed to enter and exit a building are horizontal to the floor to be in a staircase form when a user uses the staircase and to be moved to the inside of a staircase enclosure in a staircase-free form when the user does not use the staircase to secure a space such as a stage or a platform and also secure a bottom space below the stage or the platform, thereby making smooth passage of the user in a narrow space, and to secure a space such as a stage or a platform, thereby preventing the user from falling to the stairs during an event, and which enables disabled people, babies in strollers, and the elderly to step on the platform by using a lift or the like in a conventional narrow space below the stage to minimize economic damage, improve convenience in life, and ensure safety, thereby contributing to efficient use of a narrow space, and an operating method therefor.
본 발명은 건물 내부로 출입하기 위해 설치되는 계단을 바닥과 수평하도록 설치된 구동부와 하층계단을 연결하여 계단을 사용할때는 계단 형태로 존재 하고, 계단을 사용하지 않을때에는 계단 미사용 형태로 계단이 계단함 안쪽 으로 이동하도록 하여 무대, 단상 등의 공간을 확보하고 무대, 단상 아래 바 닥의 공간도 확보 하여 협소한 공간의 통행을 원활하게 해주며, 무대, 단상 등의 공간을확보 하여 행사중 계단으로 떨어지는 사고를 예방하고, 기존의 좁았던 무대 아래의 공간에서 리프트 등을 활용하여 장애우, 유모차, 노약자 들이 단상에 오르도록 할 수 있어 경제적 손실을 최소화하고 생활을 편리성 을 향상시킴과 동시에 안전성도 챙길수 있어 협소한 공간을 효율적으로 활용 하는데 이바지할 수 있는 공간 활용형 계단 장치 및 그 작동방법을 제공하고 자 한다.
