The present invention relates to a building exterior material fixing unit, which prevents a support part from being separated from a metallic anchor even when a heat insulation part, which prevents heat transfer between an exterior material support part and the anchor in a main body part and maximizes heat insulation effect, melts by high heat generation such as a fire or the like in the anchor interposed between metallic materials.
본 발명은 건축물 외장재 고정유닛에 관한 것으로, 건축물 외장재 고정유닛의 본체부가 외장재 받침부와 앵커 사이의 열전달을 차단하여 단열효과를 극대화하는 단열부가 금속재질 사이에 개재된 앵커에서 화재 등 고열발생으로 단열부가 녹아내려도 금속재 앵커로부터 받침부가 이탈하지 않도록 하는 건축물 외장재 고정유닛을 제공하고자 한다.
