Building Exterior Material Fixing Unit Having Anchor Comprising Insulating Portion and Metal Support portion
The present invention relates to an improved building exterior material fixing unit having an anchor to withstand a building even if an insulation part arranged between metal materials melts down by heat to improve insulation performance of a fixing unit including an anchor for fixing an exterior material such as stone. An insulation part is formed in a main body of an anchor making up the building exterior material fixing unit to prevent a round bar of the anchor and an exterior material support part from directly coming contact with each other to block external heat or cold air by the insulation part. A cup-shaped metal support part of the other end of the rod-shaped round bar whose inside is filled is positioned deep in a head of the main body part. A screw supporting the support part is inserted into the metal support part positioned deep on an opposite side while a PVC material is arranged between the screw and the metal support part. Even if the insulation part melts down in the main body part of the anchor by an abrupt thermal change such as a fire, the screw supporting the exterior material support part is caught on an end of the round bar and consequently the support part of the anchor can be maintained to be supported.
본 발명은 석재 등 외장재를 건축물에 고정하는 앵커(anchor)를 포함하는 고정유닛의 단열성능을 개선하기 위해 금속재료 사이에 개재된 단열부가 열에 녹아내릴 경우에도 건축물을 지탱할 수 있도록 개선된 앵커를 포함하는 건축물 외장재 고정유닛에 관한 것으로, 건축물 외장재 고정유닛을 이루는 앵커의 본체부 내부에 단열부를 형성하여 앵커의 환봉과 외장재 받침부가 직접 접촉하지 않아 외부의 열이나 냉기가 단열부에서 차단되도록 하며, 속이 채워진 막대형 환봉 타단부의 컵형상 금속지지부가 본체부의 헤드 깊숙이 위치하고 그 깊숙하게 위치한 컵형상 금속지지부의 내부로 PVC 재질을 사이에 두고 상기 받침부를 지지하는 나사가 반대편에서 삽입되도록 하여, 화재 등 급격한 열변화로 인해 앵커의 본체부에서 상기 단열부가 녹아내리는 경우에도 외장재 받침부를 지지하는 나사가 환봉의 말단에 끼이게 되므로, 결과적으로 앵커의 받침부 지지가 유지될 수 있다.
