The present invention relates to a space utilization method of a parking tower, which is installed with a front and back moving device (50) on a top floor frame (60) of a tower of a mechanical parking tower, in which an elevator (200) vertically driven by an elevator pulley (210) operated by a motor (40) is installed, to be possible to widely use a parking space by utilizing a front and back space. The present invention is installed with the front and back moving device on the elevator of the parking tower to utilize the front and back space, thereby being possible to widely, conveniently and safely use the parking space.
본 발명은 주차타워의 공간 활용방법에 관한 것으로, 모터(40)에 의해 작동되는 승강기 도르래(210)에 의해 상하로 구동되는 승강기(200)가 설치되는 기계식 주차타워의 타워 최상층 프레임(60)에 전후이동장치(50)가 설치되어 전후공간을 활용하여 주차공간을 넓게 사용할 수 있는 것으로, 본 발명은 주차타워의 승강기에 전후이동장치가 설치되어 전후공간을 활용하여 주차공간을 넓게 그리고 편리하고 안전하게 사용할 수 있는 현저한 효과가 있다.
