The present invention relates to an evacuation ladder with a reinforced coupling function. More specifically, a fire evacuation structure integrated into a building includes: a bottom plate member for an evacuation structure of a high-rise building fixed and installed on a wall of a high-rise building to be extended on a horizontal line, and provided with a through hole which is formed on one side thereof, allows a person to pass therethrough, and has an evacuation apparatus including a ladder therein; an accommodation space formed in the bottom plate member; a bottom plate reinforcing bar extended from a reinforcing bar of the wall to be inserted into the accommodation space excluding the through hole portion in a grid shape; and a bottom plate concrete layer poured on the bottom plate reinforcing bar in the accommodation space. The evacuation ladder with a reinforced coupling function comprises: an evacuation latter which is installed between floors of an apartment house, and connects vertically continuous floors of the apartment house when deployed; a door unit installed on an upper and a lower portion of the evacuation ladder to be opened and closed; a foot plate unit to lift rungs of the evacuation ladder to move between floors; a crossing link unit crossed and linked to the foot plate unit; a penetration hole formed on a portion where the foot plate unit and the crossing link unit cross each other; and a rivet unit inserted into the penetration hole to integrally couple the foot plate unit and the crossing link unit crossing each other by rotating the foot plate unit to be horizontal with the ground. The rivet unit includes: a body unit; a head unit connected to one end of the body unit; and a circular protrusion unit protruding along an outer edge of the head unit.
본 발명은 체결 기능을 강화한 피난 사다리에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 고층건물의 벽면에 수평선상으로 연장되도록 고정 설치되고, 일측부에 사람이 통과할 수 있고 내부에 사다리를 포함한 피난장치가 배치되는 관통구가 형성되는 고층건물의 피난구조물용 바닥판부재; 상기 바닥판부재의 내부에 형성되는 수용공간; 벽면의 철근에서 연장되어, 상기 관통구 부분을 제외한 상기 수용공간 내부로 격자 형상으로 삽입되는 바닥판 철근; 상기 수용공간에서 상기 바닥판 철근에 타설되는 바닥판 콘크리트층;으로 이루어진 건물일체형 화재대피 구조물에 있어서, 공동주택의 각 층과 층 사이에 설치된 상태에서, 전개시 상기 공동주택의 상하로 연속하는 층을 연결하는 피난사다리; 상기 피난 사다리의 상부 및 하부에 각각 개폐되도록 설치되는 도어부; 상기 피난 사다리의 발을 올려 각 층과 층 사이를 이동할 수 있도록 하는 발판부; 상기 발판부에 교차되어 링크되는 교차 링크부; 상기 발판부와 교차 링크부가 상호 교차되는 부분에 형성되는 관통홀; 상기 발판부가 지면과 수평을 이루도록 회전하여 서로 겹쳐진 상기 발판부와 교차 링크부를 일체로 결합하기 위해 상기 관통홀에 삽입하는 리벳부;로 구성되고, 상기 리벳부는 몸체부; 상기 몸체부의 일단에 연결되는 헤드부; 상기 헤드부의 외측 테두리를 따라 돌출 형성된 원형돌기부;를 포함하는 체결 기능을 강화한 피난 사다리에 관한 것이다.
