ECO-FRIENDLY SILENT PAVEMENT CUTTING MACHINE
The present invention relates to an eco-friendly silent road cutter used to cut asphalt or concrete when a road is being repaired. According to an embodiment, the eco-friendly silent road cutter includes: a body including a hydraulic operation unit moved forward and backwards by oil pressure; an engine installed in the body, and delivering power to a motor to enable a cutter blade to be rotated by the motor during a road cutting process; and a cover formed to surround the upper part of the cutter blade, and including a vacuum absorption part absorbing dust, which arises when the cutter blade is cutting the road, in a vacuum state through the operation of the engine. The road cutter can also include a noise reduction part, which is made when the road is being cut, by converting the noise into a plurality of diffracted sounds and making the sounds offset each other.
이하 개시된 내용은 도로의 보수시 아스팔트나 콘크리트를 컷팅하는데 사용되는 친환경 저소음 도로컷터기에 관한 것이다. 일 실시예에 따른 친환경 저소음 도로컷터기는, 유압에 의해 전, 후진되는 유압구동유닛부가 설치되는 본체와; 상기 본체에 구비되며, 도로 컷팅시 모터에 의해 컷터날이 회전할 수 있도록 상기 모터에 동력을 전달하는 엔진; 및 상기 컷터날의 상부를 감싸도록 형성되고, 상기 엔진의 구동으로 상기 컷터날이 도로를 컷팅하면서 발생하는 분진을 진공 상태에서 흡수하는 진공흡입부를 갖는 커버;를 포함하는 도로컷터기에 있어서, 상기 커버의 하단에 설치되고, 도로 컷팅시 발생되는 소음을 다수의 회절음으로 변환시켜 서로 상쇄시킴으로써 상기 소음을 저감하는 소음저감부;를 더 포함할 수 있다.
