One-touch type reinforcing bar fastener and its manufacturing method
The present invention relates to a fastener, which easily fixedly connects reinforcing bars used in construction. The present invention comprises: a fastener body forming one main body; a fastener having a joint holding protrusion in which a joint of the reinforcing bar is hung so that the reinforcing bar doesn′t fall out when the reinforcing bar is inserted thereinto and a rib inserting groove capable of easily inserting the reinforcing bar; a support container having a support plate into which the fastener is inserted and which supports both sides of the fastener and a spring holder holding a spring pushing the fastener; and a reinforcing bar inserting unit provided on both sides of the one-touch type fastener main body to which the fastener of two sides is engaged to be fixed by force of the spring bringing the reinforcing bar in contact with the support plate to push the same when inserting the reinforcing bar into the main body and heavily pushing the same.
본 발명은 건축에 사용되는 철근을 손쉽게 고정 연결하는 고정구로서 하나의 본체를 이루는 고정구 몸체; 철근이 삽입되면 빠지지 않도록 철근의 마디가 걸림되는 마디걸림턱과 철근을 쉽게 삽입할 수 있는 리브삽입홈을 구비한 고정구; 고정구가 삽입되고 양쪽의 고정구를 받치는 받침판과 고정구를 밀어주는 스프링을 거치하는 스프링거치대가 구비된 받침통; 본체에 철근을 삽입하고 힘껏 누르면 받침판에 철근이 닿으면서 밀어주는 스프링의 힘으로 두 쪽의 고정구가 맞물려 고정되는 원터치형의 고정구 본체 양쪽으로 철근삽입부가 구비된 것을 특징으로 한다.
