The invention discloses a two-end reinforcing type high-strength fastener which comprises a pair of fastening movable U rings with the same structure and a pair of sealing movable U rings with the same structure; the pair of fastening movable U rings is connected with one part through an angle adjusting structure; the pair of sealing movable U rings is movably mounted on the pair of the fasteningmovable U rings separately; and a fixed adjusting structure and an internal diameter adjusting structure are mounted on each pair of the pair of fastening movable U rings and the pair of sealing movable U rings. The two-end reinforcing type high-strength fastener has the following benefits: a convex groove in the angle adjusting structure is matched with a fixed cluster gear to change the angle between the pair of fastening movable U rings; the fastening movable U rings, the sealing movable U rings and L shaped fixed blocks are fixed through the fixed adjusting structures to reach tight fixing; the internal diameters of the fastening movable U rings and the sealing movable U rings are changed through the internal diameter adjusting structures to change the internal diameters according to different height external diameters.
