The present invention is to provide an economical and robust two-way clutch module, which is easily manufactured to be miniaturized with inexpensive materials. The two-way clutch module comprises: a module body; and a two-way drive clutch coupled to the module body for a manual pulley mounted to rotate in the module body to rotate in any one direction along with the two-way drive clutch, and for the manual clutch to independently rotate with a drive rotor when the two-way drive clutch is autonomously rotated in an opposite direction right after the two-way drive clutch is rotated along with the manual pulley in one direction. The two-way drive clutch comprises: a free wheel rotor; a two-way driver; a retainer; and a roller member.
본 발명은, 소형화 제작이 용이하고 값싼 재료를 사용하여 경제적이면서 견고한 양방향클러치모듈을 제공하기 위한 것으로, 모듈몸체; 모듈몸체에 회전 가능하도록 거치되는 수동 풀리를 어느 일 방향으로 회전시키는 경우에는 같이 회전하나, 일 방향으로 수동 풀리에 의해 함께 회전한 직후에 반대방향으로 자체적으로 회전할 경우에는 수동 풀리를 구동회전자와 독립적으로 회전하게 하도록 모듈몸체에 결합되어지는 양방향구동 클러치; 를 포함하며, 양방향 구동 클러치는, 프리휠 회전자; 양방향드라이버; 리테이너; 및 롤러부재; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
