Ground Improving Device and Ground Improving Method
The present invention provides a ground improving device and a construction method. The present invention includes: a rotating body having a first stirring wing having at least one excavation bit, having a plurality of second stirring wings stirring excavated soil with an injection material on an external surface, and penetrated into the ground at a predetermined depth while being rotated and lowered in a forward direction by an external power source; and a constancy part which has upper and lower supports provided in the rotating body with a predetermined vertical interval while an outer free end comes in contact with an inner surface of the rotating body, in which an upper end is integrally fixed to the center of the upper support, and which has a constancy key in which the center of length is integrally fixed to the center of the lower support so that a lower end of the constancy key comes in line-contact with the ground more than the lower end of the rotation body so as to vertically maintain the center of rotation of the rotating body, which is rotated and lowered when improving the ground, with respect to the ground.
지반개량장치 및 시공방법을 제공한다. 본 발명은, 적어도 하나의 굴삭비트를 갖는 제1교반날개를 갖추고, 굴삭된 토양을 주입재와 더불어 교반시키는 복수개의 제2교반날개를 외부면에 갖추며, 외부동력원에 의해서 정방향으로 회전하강되면서 지중에 일정깊이 관입되는 회전체 ; 상기 회전체의 내부면과 외측 자유단이 접하여 상기 회전체의 내부에 상하 일정간격을 두고 배치되는 상,하부지지대를 갖추고, 상기 상부지지대의 중앙에 상부단이 일체로 고정되고, 상기 하부지지대의 중앙에 길이중간이 일체로 고정되는 항심키를 갖추어 상기 회전체의 하부단보다 지면에 상기 항심키의 하부단이 선접촉되어 지반개랑시 회전하강되는 회전체의 회전중심을 지면에 대하여 수직하게 유지시키는 항심부 ;를 포함한다.
