The present invention relates to a system to reuse cold water in a hot water pipe through a water saving faucet with a drain function. The system includes: a faucet connected to a cold water pipe, a hot water pipe receiving hot water from a boiler, and a drain pipe discharging cooled water in the hot water pipe to mix cold and hot water or open or close mixed water or discharge the cooled water in the hot water pipe; a first water tank connected to the drain pipe to be filled with the cooled water in the hot water pipe if the faucet is manipulated; a water supply pipe connected to the first water tank, and set to supply external water; a first opening and closing part letting water flow into the first water tank by opening the water supply pipe when the water in the first water tank is lower than the first water level, and closing the water supply pipe when the water in the first water tank reaches the first water level; an overflow pipe formed to discharge water, which is higher than the second water level, from the first water tank when the water in the first water tank reaches the second water level which is higher than the first water level; a toilet water supply pipe connected to the first water tank at a height, which is no more than the first water level, and enabling the water in the first water tank to flow downwards due to its self load; and a toilet including a second water tank connected to the toilet water supply pipe to store the water supplied through the toilet water supply pipe, and a second opening and closing part maintaining a predetermined quantity of water in the second water tank.

본 발명과 관련된 드레인 기능을 갖는 절수형 수전을 이용한 온수관 내 냉수 재활용 시스템은, 냉수관과, 보일러로부터 공급되는 온수관 및 상기 온수관 내의 냉각된 온수를 배출시키기 위한 드레인배관에 연결되어, 냉수와 온수의 혼합 또는 혼합된 물을 개폐시키거나 상기 온수관 내의 냉각된 온수를 배출시킬 수 있게 형성된 수전; 상기 드레인배관에 연결되어 상기 수전의 조작이 있는 경우 상기 온수관 내의 냉각된 온수가 채워지도록 형성된 제1물탱크; 상기 제1물탱크에 연결되며, 외부의 급수가 공급되도록 구성된 상수도배관; 상기 제1물탱크 내의 물이 제1수위보다 낮을 때 상기 상수도배관을 개방시켜 상기 제1물탱크로 물이 유입되도록 하고, 상기 제1물탱크 내의 물이 상기 제1수위에 도달하면 상기 상수도배관을 차단시키는 제1개폐부; 상기 제1물탱크 내의 물이 상기 제1수위보다 높은 제2수위에 도달시 상기 제2수위를 넘는 물을 상기 제1물탱크로부터 배출시킬 수 있게 형성된 오버플로배관; 상기 제1수위 이하의 높이에서 상기 제1물탱크에 연결되며 상기 제1물탱크에 저장된 물이 자중에 의해 하방으로 흐르도록 구성된 변기급수배관; 및 상기 변기급수배관에 연결되어 상기 변기급수배관을 통하여 공급되는 물을 저장할 수 있게 형성되는 제2물탱크 및 상기 제2물탱크의 물이 일정량만큼 유지될 수 있도록 하는 제2개폐부를 갖는 변기;를 포함할 수 있다.
