COOLED WATER IN HOT WATER PIPE REUSE SYSTEM UTILIZING WATER SAVING FAUCET HAVING DRAIN FUNCTION
The present invention relates to a system for recycling cold water in a hot water pipe using a water saving type faucet having a drain function. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a system for stably recycling drained cold water in a hot water pipe by using a faucet with a drain function and changing a water supply and pipe system in a household. According to the present invention, the system for recycling cold water in a hot water pipe using a water saving type faucet having a drain function includes: a faucet control unit mixing hot water and the cold water, shutting off or supplying the mixed water, or discharging the cooled hot water in the hot water pipe by being connected to a first cold water pipe, the hot water pipe, and a drainpipe, wherein the hot water is supplied from a boiler to the hot water pipe and the drainpipe is to discharge the cooled hot water in the hot water pipe; a drain valve installed on the drainpipe and formed to discharge and shut off the water in the drainpipe; a pressure sensing unit installed on the drainpipe between the drain valve and the faucet control unit and formed to sense a water pressure in the drainpipe; and a controller formed to open or shut off the drain valve in accordance with the pressure in the drainpipe sensed by the pressure sensing unit.
본 발명과 관련된 드레인 기능을 갖는 절수형 수전을 이용한 온수관 내 냉수 재활용 시스템은, 제1냉수관과, 보일러로부터 공급되는 온수관 및 상기 온수관 내의 냉각된 온수를 배출시키기 위한 드레인배관에 연결되어, 냉수와 온수의 혼합 또는 혼합된 물을 개폐시키거나 상기 온수관 내의 냉각된 온수를 배출시킬 수 있게 형성된 수전조작부; 상기 드레인배관 상에 배치되어 상기 드레인배관 내의 물을 개폐시킬 수 있게 형성된 드레인밸브; 상기 수전조작부와 상기 드레인밸브 사이의 상기 드레인배관 상에 배치되며, 상기 드레인배관 내의 수압을 감지할 수 있게 형성된 압력감지부; 및 상기 압력감지부에 의하여 감지된 상기 드레인배관 내의 압력에 따라 상기 드레인밸브를 개방 또는 차단시킬 수 있게 형성된 컨트롤러를 포함할 수 있다.
