The present invention allows any one of two sleeves constituting a hinge to be formed as an eccentric sleeve to mount a window such that the window can be rotated eccentrically by the eccentricity of the eccentric sleeve, thereby enabling the window to be easily and conveniently adjusted and safely used without being separated from a window frame even when the weight of the window causes the sagging, twisting, or bending of the window. In particular, the present invention allows each of the two sleeves to be fixed to a body by using a spline of a groove shape to strongly fix the eccentric sleeve being eccentrically rotated, thereby strongly maintaining an adjusted state of the window for twisting or bending. The present invention allows a finishing member fixing the sleeve to the body and finishing the same to be manufactured in a shade shape to prevent rainwater or foreign substances from entering a rotating part of the body, thereby enabling the hinge to be used for a long time while being easily and conveniently maintained.
본 발명은 경첩을 구성하는 두 개의 슬리브 중에서 어느 하나를 편심 슬리브로 구성하여 창호 짝이 이 편심 슬리브의 편심 정도만큼 편심하여 회전할 수 있게 장착하므로, 창호의 무게로 처지거나 뒤틀리거나 휘더라도 창호 짝을 창호 틀에서 떼어내지 않고도 쉽고 편리하게 교정하여 안전하게 사용할 수 있다. 특히, 본 발명은 두 개의 슬리브를 각각 본체에 스플라인과 홈 형태로 고정하므로, 편심 되게 회전하는 편심 슬리브를 견고하게 고정하여 창호의 뒤틀림이나 휨에 대한 교정상태를 견고하게 유지할 수 있다. 그리고, 본 발명은 슬리브를 본체에 고정하여 마감하는 마감 부재를 갓 형태로 넓게 제작하므로, 빗물이나 이물이 본체의 회전 부분 안으로 들어가는 것을 방지하여 쉽고 편리하게 유지 보수하면서 오랫동안 사용할 수 있다.
