The present invention provides a capsule type safety construction for evacuation from a fire in an apartment, comprising: a capsule body unit of a capsule type providing an evacuation space and having emergency exits formed on both side walls thereof; emergency access doors installed in the respective emergency exits; a locking unit locking each emergency access door such that the emergency access door is maintained in a closed state, or unlocking the emergency access door such that the emergency access door can be opened; a repeater having a communication module and operated by receiving an operating signal for locking or unlocking the locking unit from a controller of a central control room in an emergency; and an auxiliary power supply unit provided in the capsule body unit supplying temporary power when the external power is blocked. Thus, when a fire occurs in a building, the evacuation space can be provided, and when there is no fire, access is restricted, and the safety construction can be prevented from being used in a form that is not suitable for the intended use.
본 발명은 대피공간을 제공하면서 양측 벽면에는 비상출입구가 형성된 캡슐형의 캡슐몸체부; 상기 각 비상출입구에 설치되는 비상출입문; 각 비상출입문이 닫힌 상태로 유지하도록 락킹하거나 혹은, 개방될 수 있도록 락킹 해제시키는 락킹부; 통신모듈을 가지며, 비상 상황시 상기 중앙통제실의 제어기로부터 락킹부의 락킹 혹은, 락킹 해제를 위한 동작신호를 수신받아 동작시키는 중계기; 상기 캡슐몸체부 내에 구비되면서 외부 전원의 차단시 임시 전원을 공급하는 보조전원부;를 포함하여 구성된 아파트 화재대피용 캡슐형 안전구조물이 제공되며, 이를 통해 건물내 화재시 대피공간으로 제공될 수 있도록 하면서도 비화재시에는 그 출입이 제한되면서 사용 용도에 맞지 않는 형태로의 사용이 방지될 수 있도록 한 것이다.
