The present invention relates to a production method of a polymer concrete using construction waste materials and industrial waste materials, and to a polymer concrete produced by the method and, more specifically, to a production method of a polymer concrete, which adds water and a polymer at a predetermined addition ratio to a mixture of mixing coarse aggregates larger than sand obtained by pulverizing construction waste materials in cement to produce the polymer concrete and uses the construction waste materials that the strength of concrete is further improved by properties of a polymer with excellent elasticity contained in concrete, and to a polymer concrete produced by the method.
본 발명은 건설폐자재, 산업폐자재를 활용한 폴리머 콘크리트의 제조방법 및 그 방법에 의해 제조되는 폴리머 콘크리트에 관한 것으로, 건설폐자재를 분쇄하여 얻는 모래보다 큰 조(粗)골재를 시멘트에 혼합한 혼합물에 물과 폴리머를 소정의 첨가비율로 첨가하여 폴리머 콘크리트를 제조하여, 콘크리트에 포함되어 우수한 탄성을 갖는 폴리머의 물성에 의해 콘크리트의 강도가 더욱 향상되는 건설폐자재를 활용한 폴리머 콘크리트의 제조방법 및 그 방법에 의해 제조되는 폴리머 콘크리트에 관한 것이다.
