METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING POLYMER CONCRETE BY USING CONSTRUCTION WASTE AND INDUSTRIAL WASTE, AND POLYMER CONCRETE MANUFACTURED BY METHOD
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a polymer concrete by using construction waste and industrial waste, and a polymer concrete manufactured by the method, and to: a method for manufacturing a polymer concrete by using construction waste, the method manufacturing a polymer concrete by adding water and a polymer, in a predetermined addition ratio, to a mixture of cement and a coarse aggregate larger than sand, obtained by crushing construction waste, thereby further improving the strength of the concrete by the physical properties of the polymer, which is contained in the concrete and has excellent elasticity; and a polymer concrete manufactured by the method.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un béton polymère en utilisant des déchets de construction et des déchets industriels, et un béton polymère fabriqué par le procédé, et : un procédé de fabrication d'un béton polymère en utilisant des déchets de construction, le procédé fabriquant un béton polymère en ajoutant de l'eau et un polymère, en un rapport d'addition prédéterminé, à un mélange de ciment et d'agrégat grossier supérieur au sable, obtenu en concassant les déchets de construction, améliorant ainsi la résistance du béton par les propriétés physiques du polymère, qui est contenu dans le béton et présente une élasticité excellente ; et un béton polymère fabriqué par le procédé.
본 발명은 건설폐자재, 산업폐자재를 활용한 폴리머 콘크리트의 제조방법 및 그 방법에 의해 제조되는 폴리머 콘크리트에 관한 것으로, 건설폐자재를 분쇄하여 얻는 모래보다 큰 조(粗)골재를 시멘트에 혼합한 혼합물에 물과 폴리머를 소정의 첨가비율로 첨가하여 폴리머 콘크리트를 제조하여, 콘크리트에 포함되어 우수한 탄성을 갖는 폴리머의 물성에 의해 콘크리트의 강도가 더욱 향상되는 건설폐자재를 활용한 폴리머 콘크리트의 제조방법 및 그 방법에 의해 제조되는 폴리머 콘크리트에 관한 것이다.
