DOOR HINGE DEVICE HAVING IMPROVED MOUNTING PLATE
Disclosed is a door hinge device with a mounting plate. The door hinge device comprises: a mounting plate fixed and installed on a wall of a storage closet; a bracket body mounted on an upper portion of the mounting plate; a door plate fixed and installed on a door of the storage closet; a hinge unit to connect the bracket body and the door plate to be hinged; and a clamping device to couple the bracket body to the mounting plate. The bracket body includes: an outer bracket connected to the door plate; and an inner bracket inserted and arranged in the outer bracket and coupled to the mounting plate. The mounting plate includes: a latching unit formed on a front surface; a groove formed on a center; and a fixing member wherein the clamping device is fixed on a rear surface to be removed. A chamfer unit is formed on a rear end of an upper surface of the fixing member on a slant to facilitate coupling of the clamping device.
마운팅플레이트를 구비하는 도어힌지장치가 개시되어 있다. 본 발명은, 수납장 벽체에 고정 설치되는 마운팅플레이트, 상기 마운팅 플레이트의 상부에 장착되는 브라켓 본체, 수납장의 도어에 고정 설치되는 도어플레이트, 상기 브라켓본체와 도어플레이트를 힌지가능하게 연결하는 힌지부, 및 상기 마운팅플레이트에 상기 브라켓 본체를 결합시키기 위한 클램핑장치를 구비하는 도어힌지장치에 있어서, 상기 브라켓본체는, 상기 도어플레이트에 연결되는 외측브라켓과, 상기 외측브라켓의 내측에 삽입되어 배치되고 상기 마운팅플레이트에 결합되는 내측브라켓을 포함하고, 상기 마운팅플레이트는, 그 전면에 형성된 걸이부; 그 중앙부에 형성된 홈; 및 그 후면에 상기 클램핑장치가 해제가능하게 고정되는 고정부재;를 포함하며, 상기 고정부재의 상부면 후단에는 상기 클램핑장치의 결합을 용이하게 하기 위하여 비스듬히 모따기부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
