The present invention relates to a door hinge having an improved cover plate. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the door hinge comprises: a first mounting plate; a cover plate including a cover including a first shaft rotating with respect to the first mounting plate, and a body frame including a second shaft rotating with respect to the cover; a lever unit rotatably disposed on the first mounting plate and the cover plate; a damper unit including an operating shaft connected to the lever unit to reciprocate according to rotation of the lever unit; and a torsion spring for providing elastic force if the first mounting plate and the cover plate mutually rotate. The cover includes: a plate portion disposed between the first shaft and the second shaft; and a space forming portion disposed to be connected with the plate unit and for providing a space in which one end of the torsion spring can move.Therefore, the torsion spring can operate without interference.
본 발명은 개선된 커버 플레이트를 포함하는 도어 힌지에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시 예를 따르는 도어 힌지는, 제1마운팅 플레이트; 상기 제1마운팅 플레이트에 대하여 회전하는 제1축을 포함하는 커버 및 상기 커버에 대하여 회전하는 제2축을 포함하는 바디 프레임을 포함하는 커버 플레이트; 상기 제1마운팅 플레이트 및 커버 플레이트에 회전 가능하게 배치된 레버부; 상기 레버부에 연결되어 레버부의 회전에 따라 왕복운동하는 작동축을 포함하는 댐퍼부; 및 상기 제1마운팅 플레이트 및 커버 플레이트가 상호간에 회전하는 경우 탄성력을 부여하는 토션 스프링를 포함하고, 상기 커버는 상기 제1축 및 제2축 사이에 배치된 판부 및 상기 판부에 연결되어 배치되고 상기 토션 스프링의 일단이 이동할 수 있는 공간을 제공하는 공간형성부를 포함한다.
The present invention relates to a door hinge having an improved cover plate.
