The present invention relates to a mold support device for the formation of a beam integrated with a slab of a building when the slab is built through the placement of concrete and, more specifically, to a mold support device capable of facilitating dismantlement caused by construction and reuse while improving its fixing force by enabling a beam mold for the formation of a beam to be easily combined and fixed with a support post through an extra angle beam support and a fixing pin. The mold support device, which supports a beam mold for the formation of a beam protruding from the bottom of a slab of a building for horizontal or vertical reinforcement, comprises: an angle fixed while coming into contact with the first and second combination surfaces and an edge plate of an outer end of a beam side panel and a beam floor panel of the beam mold at a corner in which the beam side panel and the beam floor panel intersect; and an angle beam support installed to support the combination surfaces of the angle and the edge plate of the beam floor panel from the bottom while coming into close contact therewith, fixed as an integrated body through an extra fixing pin, and having an upper part forcibly inserted into the support to be combined therewith. Therefore, the beam mold and the support can be installed.
본 발명은 건축물의 슬래브를 콘크리트로 타설하여 구축할 때 슬래브와 일체로 성형되는 보의 성형을 위한 보 거푸집의 받침장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 보 성형을 위한 보 거푸집을 별도의 앵글 보 받침대와 고정핀을 이용하여 간편하고도 손쉽게 동바리(서포트)와 체결고정할 수 있도록 함으로써 시공 및 재사용에 따른 분해를 용이하게 하면서도 그 고정력을 향상시키도록 한 것이다. 이는 건축물의 슬래브 저면에 가로 또는 세로방향으로 보강을 위해 돌출되게 구비되는 보의 성형을 위한 보 거푸집을 서포트로서 떠받쳐 주도록 하는 건축물의 보 성형을 위한 거푸집 받침장치에 있어서, 상기 보 거푸집의 보측면패널과 보바닥패널이 교차되는 모서리에서 이들의 외측단 둘레판과 제1결합면 및 제2결합면으로 접하면서 고정토록 하는 앵글; 상기 보바닥패널의 둘레판과 앵글의 결합면을 하부에서 떠받치도록 설치됨과동시에 긴밀하게 접하여 설치되고, 별도의 고정핀에 의해 일체형으로 유동없이 고정되며, 하부에는 서포트와 억지끼움식으로 결합되는 앵글 보 받침대;를 갖추어 구성되므로써 보 거푸집과 서포트를 설치할 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
