Beam and slab formwork support building method
The invention provides a beam and slab formwork support building method. The beam and slab formwork support building method comprises the following steps that at least two rows of vertical rods are erected below a beam, and horizontal rods are arranged on each row of vertical rods in the longitudinal direction; an operation platform is built on a horizontal rod layer about 1000 mm below the working face where a beam formwork is planned to be installed through a scaffold; an upper support is connected to the upper portion of a vertical rod, a second-layer keel is arranged in the upper support in the longitudinal direction of the beam, a first-layer keel is arranged on the second-layer keel, and the position of the upper support is adjusted according to the designed elevation of the beam; the first-layer keel is used as a support, wood clamping plates are used for surrounding and manufacturing the beam formwork, a plurality of side ribs are arranged on the two sides of the beam formwork, and opposite-pull screws are used for fixing two side plates of the beam formwork. According to the beam and slab formwork support building method, the operation steps are simple and convenient, the beam formwork is good in stability and small in deformation in the longitudinal span, and the beam pouring quality is guaranteed; and assembly is convenient, the labor hour cost is low, and the comprehensive cost is low.
本发明提供了一种梁板模板支架搭建方法,包括如下步骤:在梁下搭设至少两排立杆,每排立杆上沿纵向布置水平杆;在拟安装梁模的工作面以下1000mm左右的水平杆层,用脚手架搭建操作平台;上托连接于立杆上部,在上托内沿梁纵向布置第二层龙骨,第二层龙骨上布置第一层龙骨,根据梁的设计标高调整上托的位置;以第一层龙骨为依托,采用木夹板合围制造梁模,梁模两侧设置多根侧肋,并采用对拉螺杆固定梁模两侧板。本发明操作步骤简便,采用本发明,梁模在纵向跨度上稳定性好,变形量小,保证了梁的浇筑质量;且本发明组装方便,费工时较少,综合成本低。
