Supporting apparatus of freezing protection heating cable inside the vertical pipe
The present invention relates to an apparatus for preventing freezing of a pipe installed vertically and, more particularly, to a support apparatus for a freeze protection heating wire inside a vertical pipe, which allows a heating wire inserted to prevent freezing of a low-rise drain pipe and fire extinguishing pipe in a high-rise building such as an apartment house and a building to be vertically laid and supported. To this end, the support apparatus comprises: a support member penetrating through the vertical pipe vertically installed in a transverse direction to support the heating wire; and a fixing jacket covered on the outside of the vertical pipe to support both sides of the support member having penetrated through the vertical pipe. The support member has a body of a bar shape. Both sides of the body have fastening portions fastened by a fixing member on the outside of the fixing jacket. The body has a heating wire insertion hole formed in a longitudinal direction, and has heating wire fitting holes supporting the heating wire while drawing the heating wire through the heating wire insertion hole. The fixing jacket has a ring shape with an opening portion of which a portion is open, is fitted on the outside of the vertical pipe through the opening portion to be elastically fixed thereto, and has mount holes respectively formed in a portion through which the support member penetrates through the vertical pipe and in a corresponding portion such that the support member is mounted in the mount holes while being inserted therein.
본 발명은 수직으로 설치된 배관의 동파를 방지하기 위한 장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 공동주택, 빌딩 등의 고층 건물에서 저층의 배수관 및 소화배관의 동파 및 결빙을 방지하기 위해 삽입되는 열선을 수직방향으로 포설하여 지지하기 위한 수직배관 내부의 동파방지용 열선 지지장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 수직으로 설치된 수직배관에 횡방향으로 관통하여 열선을 지지하기 위한 지지구가 설치되고, 상기 수직배관의 외측에 씌워져서 상기 수직배관을 관통한 지지구의 양측을 지지하기 위한 고정쟈켓으로 구성된 것으로서, 상기 지지구는 바 형태의 몸체를 가지며, 상기 몸체의 양측에는 상기 고정쟈켓의 외측에서 고정구에 의해 체결되는 체결부가 형성되면서, 몸체에는 길이방향으로 열선 삽입공이 형성되도록 구성되며, 상기 열선 삽입공을 통해 열선을 인출시키면서 지지하는 열선 끼움공이 형성되고, 상기 고정쟈켓은 일부가 개방된 개방부를 갖는 링 형태로서, 상기 개방부를 통해 수직배관의 외측으로 끼워져 탄성고정되고, 상기 지지구가 수직배관을 관통하는 부위와 대응되는 부위에 각각 거치공이 형성되어 그 거치공에 상기 지지구가 삽입되면서 거치되도록 구성된다.

The present invention relates to an apparatus for preventing freezing of a pipe installed vertically and, more particularly, to a support apparatus for a freeze protection heating wire inside a vertical pipe, which allows a heating wire inserted to prevent freezing of a low-rise drain pipe and fire extinguishing pipe in a high-rise building such as an apartment house and a building to be vertically laid and supported. To this end, the support apparatus comprises: a support member penetrating through the vertical pipe vertically installed in a transverse direction to support the heating wire; and a fixing jacket covered on the outside of the vertical pipe to support both sides of the support member having penetrated through the vertical pipe. The support member has a body of a bar shape. Both sides of the body have fastening portions fastened by a fixing member on the outside of the fixing jacket. The body has a heating wire insertion hole formed in a longitudinal direction, and has heating wire fitting holes supporting the heating wire while drawing the heating wire through the heating wire insertion hole.
