INTEGRAL TYPE STEEL EXPANSION JOINT AND NON-RELEASE LOCKING PORTION
According to one embodiment of the present invention, an integral steel expansion joint apparatus, which is installed on slabs of a bridge spaced apart from each other so as to form a joint unit, includes: a pair of base plate units positioned on a mounting protrusion of the slab along each joint unit and coming in contact with a longitudinal section of the slab; a fixing plate unit positioned on the base plate so as to correspond to the mounting protrusion along the joint unit; a plurality of body units positioned along the joint unit, connecting the fixing plate units between the fixing plate units, and respectively forming an S-shape; and a fastening unit penetrating the fixing plate unit and the base plate unit to be fastened to the slab and fixing the fixing plate unit.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 일체형 강재 신축이음장치는, 이음부를 형성하도록 상호 간에 이격된 교량의 슬래브에 설치되는 신축이음장치에 있어서, 각각 이음부를 따라 슬래브의 안착턱에 위치되면서 슬래브의 종단면에 접촉되는 한 쌍의 베이스 플레이트부들; 이음부를 따라 안착턱에 대응하도록 베이스 플레이트 상에 위치되는 고정 플레이트부; 이음부를 따라 위치되고, 고정 플레이트부들 사이에서 고정 플레이트부들을 연결하고, 각각 S자 형상을 형성하는 복수 개의 몸체부; 및 고정 플레이트부 및 베이스 플레이트부를 관통하여 슬래브에 체결되고, 고정 플레이트부를 고정시키는 체결부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
