Door locking apparatus of automatic washing machine with door opening/closing detection function
The present invention relates to a door lock device for opening and closing a lid as a door of a full automatic washing machine and, more specifically, to a door lock device of a fully automatic washing machine with a door open/close function, which can operate only when the door is closed, by having a simple operation structure of a hard cam determining the position of a door lock key and a simple door close function integrated with an electrical signal system and a mechanical recognition function. To this end, according to the present invention, in the door lock device of a fully automatic washing machine, a lock key (3) is moved forward by the operation of a solenoid (4) into a lock groove of the lid as the door to be locked or is moved backward to be separated such that the lid as the door opens and closes a body inlet of the washing machine. In the door lock device of a fully automatic washing machine, a key bundle (5) having the lock key (3) provided thereon is connected to a stopper (7) by a connecting pin (8) supported by a spring (6). In a fixing groove (9) of the lock key (3), a lock pin (12) of a lever (11) moving back and forth by the spring (10) is inserted and separated. The lever (11) is connected to a reed sensing recognition micro switch (13) while moving back and forth.
본 발명은 전자동 세탁기의 도어인 리드(Lid)를 개방 및 폐쇄시키는 도어 잠금장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 도어 잠금키의 위치를 결정짓는 하드캠의 단순 작동구조와 전기적 신호체계 및 기구적인 인식기능이 일체화된 단순한 도어 닫힘기능을 갖춤에 따라 도어가 닫혀져 있을 때만 동작할 수 있는 도어 개폐기능을 장착한 전자동 세탁기의 도어 잠금장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 도어인 리드의 잠금홈에 잠금키(3)가 솔레노이드(4)의 작동으로 전진되어 잠가지거나 후진되어 이탈되면서 도어인 리드가 세탁기의 본체 투입구를 개방 및 폐쇄시키도록 이루어진 전자동 세탁기의 도어 잠금장치에 있어서, 상기 잠금키(3)가 설치된 키뭉치(5)는 스프링(6)으로 탄지된 스톱퍼(7) 연결핀(8)으로 서로 연결되고, 상기 잠금키(3)의 고정홈(9)에는 탄발 스프링(10)에 의해 전후진 이동되는 레버(11)의 잠금핀(12)이 삽입 및 이탈되며, 상기 레버(11)는 전후진 이동하면서 리드감지 인식용 마이크로 스위치(13)에 단속되는 구조로 이루어져 있다.
