Method for Concrete structure surface painting and the painting composition of painting composition making method
The present invention relates to a method for treating and painting the surface of a concrete bottom, a net type water-based acryl emulsion painting composition used in the method, and a manufacturing method for the painting composition, capable of maximizing matter properties of a bottom painting material and minimizing harmful factors by using a net type water-based acryl bottom material and a hybrid coating painting material. According to the present invention, the method for treating and painting the surface of a concrete bottom comprises: a step of repairing a crack in the bottom part of the concrete by using elastic acryl putty; a step of applying acryl primer to the bottom concrete of a crack repair state; a step of firstly applying a net type water-based acryl emulsion paint onto the bottom concrete applied with the acryl primer; a step of secondly applying the net type water-based acryl emulsion paint onto the bottom concrete on which the net type water-based acryl emulsion paint is firstly applied; and a step of applying and finishing an organic and inorganic hybrid coating paint material finished and coated on the bottom concrete applied with the net type acryl emulsion paint.
본 발명은 그물형 수성 아크릴 바닥재와 하이브리드 코팅 도장재를 활용하여 유해 인자를 최소화하고 바닥 도장재 물성을 극대화할 수 있도록 한 콘크리트 바닥 면처리 도장 공법 및 그에 이용되는 그물형 아크릴 에멀션 도장 조성물과 그 도장 조성물 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 도장 바닥 콘크리트의 바닥 면처리 도장 공법에 있어서, 바닥 콘크리트 크랙 부분에 탄성아크릴 퍼티로 크랙을 보수하는 단계; 상기 크랙보수 상태의 바닥 콘크리트에 아크릴계 프라이머를 도포하는 단계; 상기 아크릴계 프라이머가 도포된 바닥 콘크리트 위에 그물형 수성 아크릴 에멀션 도장을 1차로 도포하는 단계; 상기 그물형 수성 아크릴 도장이 1차로 도포된 상태 위에 재차 그물형 수성 아크릴 에멀션 도장을 2차로 도포하는 단계; 상기 그물형 아크릴 에멀션 도장이 도포된 바닥 콘크리트 위에 마감 코팅되는 유무기 하이브리드 코팅 도장재를 도포하여 마감하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 도장 바닥 콘크리트의 바닥 면처리 도장 공법을 개시한다.
