COMPOSITION FOR MANUFACTURING ALUMINUM COMPOSITE PANEL CORE MATERIAL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING MASTER BATCH CHIP FOR MANUFACTURING ALUMINUM COMPOSITE PANEL CORE MATERIAL AND ALUMINUM COMPOSITE PANEL USING SAME
The present invention relates to a composition for manufacturing a core material of an aluminum composite panel. The composition for manufacturing a core material of an aluminum composite panel comprises: 14-16 wt% of a polyethylene (PE) thermoplastic resin; 75-77 wt% of an inorganic flame retardant; 2-3 wt% of an organic flame retardant; 3-5 wt% of a compatibilizer; 1-2 wt% of an internal lubricant; 0.2-0.3 wt% of an antioxidant; 1-2 wt% of a mixture including talc and calcium carbonate mixed in a ratio of 1:1; 0.5-1 wt% of polyethylene wax; and 0.05-1 wt% of an acrylic carbonized fiber. The composition includes a linear polyolefin resin having a relatively high melt index (MI) and polyolefin elastomer (POE) polarized by graft polymerization so that compatibility with an inorganic flame retardant is improved, and thus, formability can be maximized. In addition, the composition includes a non-halogen flame retardant, so that the composition does not generate toxic gas when there is a fire, thereby being eco-friendly and satisfying quasi-flammable standards.
본 발명은 폴리에틸렌(PE)계 열가소성 수지 14 ~ 16 중량%; 무기 난연제 75 ~ 77 중량%; 유기 난연제 2 ~ 3 중량%; 상용화제 3 ~ 5 중량%; 내부 활제 1 ~ 2 중량%; 산화방지제 0.2 ~ 0.3 중량%; 활석 및 탄산칼슘을 1 : 1의 중량비로 포함하는 혼합물 1 ~ 2 중량%; 폴리에틸렌 왁스 0.5 ~ 1 중량%; 및 아크릴 탄화섬유 0.05 ~ 1 중량%;를 포함하는 알루미늄 복합 판넬 코어재 제조용 조성물에 대한 것으로서, 용융지수(MI)가 비교적 높은 선형 폴리올레핀계 수지 및 그라프트 중합에 의해 극성화된 폴리올레핀 엘라스토머(POE)를 포함함으로써, 무기 난연제와의 상용성을 증대시켜 성형성을 극대화하고, 더불어 비할로겐계 난연제를 포함해 화재시 유독 가스를 발생시키지 않아 친환경적이며 준불연 기준을 만족하는 알루미늄 복합 판넬 코어재의 소재로 사용될 수 있다.
