본 발명은 알루미늄 복합패널의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 생산성이 향상된 알루미늄 복합패널의 제조방법은 압출기에 심재원료를 투입하고 가열하는 단계; 상기 압출기로부터 티다이로 일정 두께의 심재압출물을 압출하는 단계; 상기 압출된 심재압출물에 세라믹 도료를 롤(Roll) 코팅하여 일면에 도장층이 형성된 알루미늄 박판을 생성하는 단계; 및 상기 알루미늄 박판을 코팅하는 단계;를 포함하는 것에 기술적 특징이 있다. 본 발명에 따른 생산성이 향상된 알루미늄 복합패널의 제조방법은 제품 불량 발생을 최소화하고, 작업시간을 단축시켜 생산성을 향상시키게 된다. 그리고 본 발명에 따른 생산성이 향상된 알루미늄 복합패널의 제조방법은 알루미늄 복합패널 제품의 표면 균일성을 향상시키고, 치수 변형을 최소화하여 품질을 향상시킬 수 있다.
