PRODUCTION METHOD OF FIRE RETARDANT INSULATING SHAPED BODY
An objective of the present invention is to provide a method of manufacturing a flame-retardant heat insulating formed product in the shape of a mat, which can have soundproof effects, have excellent environmental properties, and simplify a manufacturing process to improve economic feasibility. The method of manufacturing a flame-retardant heat insulating formed product comprises the following processes of: injecting water into paper or a pulp material to defibrate to obtain a defibrated cotton; inserting a flame-retardant such as a boric acid into the defibrated cotton and obtaining a flame-retardant heat insulating defibrated cotton by mixing and stirring; inserting short fibers with a low molting point made of polyester or the like into the flame-retardant heat insulating defibrated cotton and obtaining a flame-retardant heat insulating filler by mixing and stirring; filling a forming die made of a corrugated cardboard provided with a lid having air vents with the flame-retardant heat insulating filler; heating and forming the flame-retardant heat insulating filler along with the forming die by using a microwave heating apparatus; and removing the mat-shaped formed product from the forming die.
본 발명은 방음 효과가 있고, 환경성이 우수함과 함께, 제작 공정이 간략화되어 경제성이 우수한 매트상 등의 난연 단열 성형체의 제작 방법을 제공하는 것을 과제로 한다. 고지 또는 펄프재에 물을 주입해 해섬하여 해섬면으로 하는 공정과, 해섬면에 붕산 등의 난연제를 투입하여 교반 가온함으로써 난연 단열 해섬면으로 하는 공정과, 난연 단열 해섬면에 폴리에스테르 등의 저융점 단섬유를 투입해 혼합 교반하여 난연 단열 충전재를 얻는 공정과, 통기구를 갖는 덮개를 구비한 골판지제의 성형 형에 난연 단열 충전재를 충전하는 공정과, 성형 형과 함께 난연 단열 충전재를 마이크로파 가열 장치로 가열해 성형하는 공정과, 성형 형으로부터 매트상의 성형체를 취출하는 공정을 포함하는 난연 단열 성형체의 제작 방법에 관한 것이다.
