Disclosed is a post binding device for a handrail. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the post binding device for a handrail includes a first binding member and a second binding member, binding posts forming a handrail. The first binding member includes: a pair of first opening ring units enclosing one side of the circumference of the post; and a first connection unit connecting the pair of first opening ring units. The second binding member includes: a pair of second opening ring units enclosing the other side of the circumference of the post by being engaged with the first opening ring unit; and a second connection unit connecting the pair of second opening ring units. The first binding member and the second binding member are connected to rotate to cross each other by the first connection unit and the second connection unit so that the first opening ring unit and the second opening ring unit are alternately arranged along the circumference. The pair of first opening ring units is opened in the rotation direction to one side around a rotation center between the first connection unit and the second connection unit so that the posts are bound or unbound in accordance with the rotation direction between the first binding member and the second binding member. The pair of second opening ring units can be opened in the rotation direction to the other side around the rotation center.
