The present invention relates to a red clay chaff charcoal board with a novel configuration, which has excellent harmful substance adsorption property, deodorization property, antibacterial property, antifungal property and the like by adding a function of red clay to a function of chaff charcoal so as to form a pleasant and hygienic life environment, and has excellent insulating property and nonflammability to satisfy requirements of consumers, and a method for manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing a red clay chaff charcoal board comprises the following steps of: (1) preparing a raw material mixture by mixing 5-60 parts by weight of chaff charcoal, 5-40 parts by weight of red clay, and 20-40 parts by weight of low-density polyethylene resin powder; (2) heating the raw material mixture to soften the surface of the low-density polyethylene resin powder; (3) press-molding the heated raw material mixture into a board shape; and (4) cooling the press-molded board.
본 발명은 왕겨숯의 기능에 황토의 기능이 더해져서 유해물질 흡착, 탈취, 항균, 항곰팡이성 등이 상당히 우수하여 쾌적하고 위생적인 생활환경을 조성할 수 있으며, 단열성, 불연성도 우수하여, 소비자들의 요구를 충족시킬 수 있는 새로운 구성의 황토 왕겨숯보드 및 그 제조방법에 대한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, (1) 왕겨숯 5~60중량부, 황토 5~40중량부 및 저밀도 폴리에틸렌수지 분말 20~40중량부를 혼합하여 원료혼합물을 만드는 과정; (2) 상기 저밀도 폴리에틸렌수지 분말의 표면이 연화되도록 상기 원료혼합물을 가열하는 과정; (3) 상기 가열된 원료혼합물을 보드형상으로 가압성형하는 과정; 및 (4) 상기 가압성형된 보드를 냉각시키는 과정;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 황토 왕겨숯보드 제조방법이 제공된다.
