WATER PURIFYING CHAFF CHARCOAL BOARD AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF AND FISH TANK USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a coarse rice husk charcoal board for water purification and a fish tank using the same. The method for manufacturing a coarse rice husk charcoal board for water purification includes the steps of: mixing coarse rice husk charcoals and low-density polyethylene powder used as a binder to prepare powder; adding one or more materials from a functional additive agent group including barley stones, tourmaline, silver, copper, loess, and waste coffee powder and mixing selected materials to prepare powder; inputting the mixed powder to a manufacturing facility, heating the mixed powder at a low temperature of 130°C-170°C for heat treatment, compressing the mixture between rollers at the volume ratio of 10% to 40% to prepare the mixture in the shape of a board; cooling the compressed board to room temperature; and post-processing the cooled board. The water tank can have excellent purification function and a filtering function while always keeping water clean in a simple and eco-friendly manner.
본 발명은 수질정화용 왕겨숯 보드 및 그 제조방법과 수질정화용 왕겨숯보드를 이용한 어항에 관한 것으로서, 왕겨숯과 바인더로서 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 분말을 혼합하여 분말상으로 제조하고, 맥반석과 토르말린과 은과 동과 황토와 폐커피분말로 이루어지는 군으로 이루어진 기능성 첨가제로부터 하나 이상을 첨가하여 혼합하여 분말상으로 제조하는 단계와, 분말상의 혼합물을 제조설비내에 투입하고 130℃ ~ 170℃의 저온에서 가열하여 열처리한 후, 10% ~ 40%의 부피비로 롤간압축하여 보드형상으로 제조하는 단계와, 상기 압축된 보드를 상온에서 냉각하는 단계와, 상기 냉각된 보드를 후가공하는 단계를 포함하여 구성된다. 여과기능을 가지며 정화기능이 우수하고, 간단하면서도 환경 친화적인 방법으로 항상 깨끗한 수질로 관리할 수 있는 어항을 제공할 수 있다.
